NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Meeting of the Members of Fusion Football Soccer Association (“Fusion”) will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 7:00 PM in Room 1055 at the Richmond Olympic Oval (6111 River Road, Richmond, BC), for the following purposes:
1. To receive and consider the report of the Directors, and the financial statements of Fusion for the financial year ended December 31, 2021;
2. To elect one or more directors; and
3. To waive the appointment of an Auditor for the ensuing year;
