FUSION FC collects, keeps, uses and shares photographs, videos images, and/or first names of players in a variety of FUSION FC publications such as websites, newsletters (electronic and print flyers and/or leaflets, as well as in news media coverage of FUSION FC activities, with limited or public access.

By acknowledging this waiver, you are giving your consent for FUSION FC to collect, use and share your first name and/or image for the purposes consistent with those described above. You understand that images and information posted on the Internet may be stored and accessed outside Canada and subject to distribution beyond the control of the club.
This consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing but withdrawal of consent does not require the FUSION FC to take any steps to withdraw from publication any previously published material.
