Fusion FC is for dedicated players wanting to play and train within Soccer Canada’s first tier of the high-performance pyramid, with enthusiastic, like minded teammates. Players train in a competitive and fun environment while focusing on developing individual skills, athleticism and tactical awareness. We look to encourage and nurture excellence amongst our players both on and off the field as athletes and as young adults in their communities.
Our teams practice and play on Richmond and Vancouver fields and participate in a vigorous training program at the Richmond Oval. We have an integrated support team of experts that are accessible to our players and coaches including nutrition, performance analysis and match videos for teams to analyze and measure their performance.
As a Head Coach, you will be responsible for training your team 3X during the week and playing games every weekend during the Season. Phase 1 Season runs from January – June and Phase 2 Season runs from August – December. In addition, you will participate in pre-season games and tournaments in January/February and July/August. Fusion FC Coaches are expected to follow the Fusion FC curriculum, abide by the club policies and promote all Fusion FC programs.
