Fusion FC U16-U18 Selects teams will participate in a comprehensive development program in the BC Coastal Soccer League (BCCSL). In addition to twice weekly training sessions with a dedicated certified coach, Fusion FC players will also get access to a number of supplementary professional services to promote team spirit, overall skills, fitness, and health, in an exciting and engaging environment.

The Fusion FC divisional program includes:

• 2 training days per week, plus 1 game per week.  Options for training or friendlies on bye weekends
• Two week pre-season training
• Ability to train with Fusion BCSPL teams
• Position specific training 
• Dedicated goalie training 
• Home training program, for off days
• Video analysis of games
• Fitness testing
• Nutrition and sport psychology
• Season round player assessments and a dedicated individual mid-year player assessment
• Scholarship opportunities for graduating U18 players
• Support for players wishing to continue playing at the post-secondary level
