At the Fusion FC Academy we reward creativity and encourage mistakes in light of improvement. Fusion FC Academy is dedicated to providing players and teams with high-level training opportunities that supplement their current soccer commitments. Players will train in a competitive and fun environment with an added focus being placed on developing individual skills while learning discipline and commitment.
The academy provides an optimal player to coach training ratio. Jason Jordan, Fusion FC’s Technical Director will oversee the program.
Prospects Academy (Intake Year Players) / 2006 & 2007
Our Prospects Academy is primarily for all 06 and 07 born players that aspire to play at the BCSPL or MSL level. Our Fusion Intake coaches will be involved within these sessions throughout the year allowing them to work with prospective players. We will also be selecting prospect players to play in full field 11v11 games with both Richmond and Vancouver Academy players on a monthly basis.
Goalkeeper Academy (U11-U16) / 2007 to 2001
Our goalkeeper program is run by Didar Sandhu, a former Vancouver Whitecaps and Canada U20 goalkeeper. Goalkeepers will learn footwork, catching and diving techniques in a fun but challenging learning environment.

Policy
All players are welcome to join our Fusion FC Academy sessions. Fusion coaching staff will continually monitor players to ensure they are training at the correct level to enhance their development. If we find that the sessions are too challenging for some players, our coaching staff will speak directly with those parents and players to determine next steps.
Training Kits
Training Kit is mandatory for all Fusion FC Academy Players. Purchase is optional for any returning players with kit. New player kit cost is $50. An optional rain jacket is also available for $50.
Player Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered for the following reasons if notice is given prior to the program commencement date:
- due to injury with medical documentation, due to personal reasons of pre-arranged activities with 14 days notice
- due to other soccer programs mandated by their team/club with 30 days notice
Withdrawal requests received within 7 days prior to the program start date will not be accepted. All requests that do not fit into the above guidelines will be considered on a case-by-case basis and whether a refund is offered and the amount is at the sole discretion of the Fusion FC Refund Committee.
